配送ポリシー

送料について

本ウェブサイト（以下、「当ショップ」）は、一部地域を除き日本全国一律 1000円（税別）となります。

国外のお客様につきましては一律3700円となります

＜配送方法について＞

配送方法は当ショップ指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様にお選び頂くことは出来ません。
時間帯のご指定や日付指定も原則として承っておりません。

海外発送につきましては、ヤマト国際宅急便および日本郵便にて発送いたします。

＜配送日数について＞

基本的には日本国内においては配送完了後、2〜3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合、3〜4日程度かかる場合もございます。）
なお、自然災害や大規模なイベント等が開催される地域においては、その限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

また国外のお客様につきましては配送完了後2週間程度を要する場合もございます。

万一、著しい遅延が発生した場合はお気軽にご相談ください。

＜配送中の破損等について＞

梱包の際は、外箱にへこみやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。

しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

＜関税について（日本国外のお客様について）＞

日本国外のお客様につきましては、送料のほか居住国に関税を別途お支払いいただくことがございます。

当ショップでは国際発送での関税の支払いはDDU（Delivered Duty Unpaid）のみのお取り扱いとなります。

関税が発生した場合、お客様の方でお支払いいただけない場合、発送元に返送または税関にて破棄されてしまいますのでご承知おきください。

 

Shipping Fees

This website (hereinafter referred to as “this shop”) charges a flat rate of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) for shipping throughout Japan, excluding certain areas.

For international customers, a flat rate of ¥3,700 applies.

＜About Shipping Methods＞

The shipping method is designated by the Shop and cannot generally be selected by the customer.
Specifying delivery time slots or dates is also generally not accepted.

International shipments are sent via Yamato International Takkyubin and Japan Post.

＜Delivery Time＞

Within Japan, orders typically arrive within 2-3 days after shipment. (Delivery to remote islands may take 3-4 days.)
Please note that this does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or hosting large-scale events.

International customers may experience delivery times of approximately 1~2 weeks after shipment.

＜Damage During Shipping＞

We take great care during packaging to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box before shipping.

However, after handover to the carrier, there is a possibility of issues during transit or damage caused by the carrier's responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.

＜Regarding Customs Duties (For Customers Outside Japan)＞

For customers outside Japan, in addition to shipping costs, customs duties may be payable separately in your country of residence.

This shop handles international shipments exclusively on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Please be aware that if customs duties are incurred and you are unable to pay them, the shipment may be returned to the sender or destroyed by customs.
